Our Tai Chi training courses are designed to help you master the art of Chen-style Tai Chi, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner. We offer a variety of courses to suit different skill levels and goals, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
At Chenjiagou, you’ll immerse yourself in the rich tradition of Tai Chi, learning from experienced instructors who are dedicated to your growth and mastery. Our courses cover everything from the foundational principles and basic movements to advanced forms, weapon training, and the philosophical aspects of Tai Chi. Whether you’re looking to improve your health, enhance your self-defense skills, or delve deeper into the art, our programs are tailored to meet your needs.

Daily Training Schedule
。Monday through Saturday are training days, and you need to attend Tai Chi classes on time every day. Of course, there will be coaches guiding you through the learning process, and you can also learn, exchange, and discuss Chen-style Tai Chi with students from around the world. There are no classes scheduled on Sundays, so students can rest or visit Wen County or other nearby areas to purchase daily necessities or experience traditional Chinese culture. Below is the training schedule for training days.
Morning Training (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Begin your Tai Chi journey in the tranquility of the morning. Our morning training starts at 6:00 AM and lasts for two hours. During this time, you will learn and practice the basic movements and forms of Chen-style Tai Chi. The fresh morning air is ideal for soothing Tai Chi practice, helping you prepare for a day of learning.
Breakfast Time (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Breakfast time is a great opportunity to refuel. We provide healthy traditional Chinese breakfasts, including congee, steamed buns, and fresh fruits. You can enjoy the meal with fellow students from around the world, sharing experiences and cultures.
Morning Classes (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Morning classes focus on the theory and techniques of Tai Chi. Our courses cover the philosophy, history, and applications of Tai Chi. You will learn different forms and techniques of Tai Chi, as well as how to integrate Tai Chi into your daily life. The classes are guided by experienced coaches to ensure you fully grasp the essence of Tai Chi.
Lunch Time (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Lunch time is a good time to relax and rest. We offer a variety of lunch options, including various Chinese dishes, to ensure you get the nutrition and energy you need.
Afternoon Training (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Afternoon training aims to reinforce what you learned in the morning. We will conduct more form practice and technical training to help you improve the accuracy and fluency of your movements. You will also have the opportunity to practice with other students, learning from and exchanging with each other.
Free Practice Time (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Free practice time is when you can tailor your training to your own needs and interests. You can choose to continue practicing forms or try Tai Chi weapon training, such as with swords and knives. Our coaches will be available to provide guidance and advice.
Dinner Time (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Dinner time is your last meal of the day. We provide delicious dinners to help you restore your strength and energy. After dinner, you can share your insights and achievements of the day with your fellow students.
Evening Activities (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Evening activities include cultural exchanges, Tai Chi lectures, and relaxation practices. You can participate in Tai Chi push hands, Tai Chi dance, or choose to meditate and relax your mind and body.
Evening Rest (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Evening rest time is yours to spend as you wish. You can choose to retire early or continue to socialize with your fellow students and enjoy the evening in Chenjiagou.
Lights Out (10:00 PM)
To ensure you get enough rest, our lights-out time is 10:00 PM. Adequate sleep is an important part of Tai Chi training, helping you to continue learning and practicing at your best the next day.
